• All our products are patented, and all attempts of imitating, copying or forging them shall be treated as breach of the rules of fair competition in accordance with Polish law, Legal Regulations of the European Union and International Agreements – as a consequence we shall enforce any relevant claims in court, including filing for due compensations and damages.

• Each facility goes through a quality check and tests before leaving our factory. Thanks to the Internal Harmonised Quality Control System we have eliminated the probability of production defects. Each machine is checked individually and this forms the basis for issuing a Technical Statement.

• Depending on the purpose of the facility an appropriate Security Manual is provided.

• Each purchased facility is sold with a User Manual and Operation and Maintenance Manual.

• On a client’s request, Ad Libitum company is obliged to present the European Norms Compliance Declaration for a sold facility – which is how a client is able to verify the quality of used materials.

• Each new facility is provided with a Guarantee Card – if the stipulated conditions are met, the guarantee remains valid for 2 years.

• Each client using our machine commercially is obliged to purchase liability insurance on their own.

• In case a client does not receive, loses or damages the documents, they are obliged to make a request to the company for duplicates. Unissued, lost or damaged documents are provided within one month from the purchase date of a given facility.
